Chicken Lettuce Petals

Made with 2lbs of hormone & antibiotic free ground chicken cooked thoroughly & drained. Then place in large mixing bowl & season with 1/3 cup of gluten-free Coco Aminos soy sauce & 1 tablespoon of organic garlic powder. Then add 1/3 cup of shredded organic purple cabbage & 1/3 cup of organic shredded carrots. Mix all ingredients together thoroughly & place on pieces of butter lettuce. You may also use iceberg lettuce or Romain spears. Then I garnished with diced Roma tomatoes & organic toasted sesame seeds 💛
