Creamy Vegan Golden Turmeric Cauliflower Soup

First, steam one head of organic cauliflower. Combine the steamed cauliflower, 2 1/2 cups of cashew cream, 1 cup of water, 1 tablespoon of organic turmeric, 2 tablespoons of organic garlic powder, and 2 teaspoons of pink Himalayan salt in a crockpot. Cook on low for 4 hours, stirring intermittently. Let the soup cool, then blend until creamy using an immersion blender. Top with fresh thyme before serving.
