GF/DF Mexi Meatloaf & Beans

Meatloaf made with 2 pounds of hormone & antibiotic free ground, turkey. Place in mixing bowl & add 2 organic cage free eggs, 2 cups of vegan cheddar cheese of choice, 1 1/2 cups of gluten-free breadcrumbs, 3 tablespoons of veganize it taco seasoning, 3 tablespoons of organic garlic powder, 2 teaspoons of black pepper, 2 teaspoons of pink Himalayan salt, 2 cups of organic diced tricolor peppers, & 1 1/2 cups of organic salsa mix thoroughly in place into meatloaf pan coated with organic avocado oil. Bake in oven at 350° for 1 hour. Remove from oven & let cool. While cooling take desired amount of organic green beans & place in Ziploc bag & spray avocado oil in bag & add seasoning of choice. I used a little bit of gluten-free blackened seasoning. Then place green beans in air fryer at 350° for 8 minutes. Place green beans & meat loaf together on plate & top meatloaf with more vegan cheese of choice, diced Roma tomatoes, & garnish with dried parsley. Enjoy 💛
