My DF Version of Borscht 🌿 Made with 2 large thinly sliced organic beets placed in DF cream sauce consisting of 1 container of @foragerproject organic dairy free sour cream mixed with 1 cup of organic vegetable broth. Add beets into sauce a bring to a boil stirring thoroughly. Then reduce to medium heat and let cook for 20 to 25 minutes stirring often until beets are tender. Then garnish with dried parsley & enjoy💛
