Sweet Potato Kale Hash 🍠

Dice 4 organic sweet potatoes and season them with 2 teaspoons of organic garlic powder and 1 teaspoon of organic sage. Roast the seasoned sweet potatoes in an oven on a baking sheet lined with tinfoil and sprayed with avocado oil at 350°F for 1 hour. While the sweet potatoes are roasting, take 1 pound of uncured turkey bacon and dice it. Cook the diced turkey bacon in a frying pan until crisp. Once the sweet potatoes are roasted and the turkey bacon is crisp, combine them in a large saucepan (a wok sprayed with organic avocado oil is suggested). Add 2 cups of shredded organic kale and mix everything together thoroughly. Cover the pan and cook on medium-high heat, stirring occasionally, for 8-10 minutes. Remove from heat and enjoy.
